This Privacy Policy explains how Jiri Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when your organization accesses and uses Jiri One, our cloud business management and accounting software for SMEs.

Jiri One acts as a data processor for the accounting, customer, supplier, inventory, and transaction records you enter into your workspace. Your organization remains the sole owner of all customer business records.

We collect information necessary to operate your business workspace securely:

• Account and Profile Data: Name, work email address, hashed passwords, and contact preferences.
• Organization and Tax Metadata: Registered legal name, trade name, Permanent Account Number (PAN), VAT registration status, and business address.
• Accounting and Transactional Records: Sales invoices, purchase bills, inventory items, payment allocations, post-dated cheque (PDC) logs, customer ledgers, and general ledger journal postings.
• Technical and Session Logs: Opaque session tokens, IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and security event timestamps.

We employ strict multi-tenant boundary isolation at the database, query, and cache levels. Every financial query requires authenticated workspace and company tenant context.

Authentication is carried out exclusively through opaque backend sessions stored in HTTP-only, secure, SameSite cookies. The browser application never stores raw JWTs or long-lived database credentials.

We believe your historical accounting records belong to you. When an automatic 7-day Growth trial expires or when an active subscription transitions to an expired state:

• Your data is NOT deleted: All posted sales, purchase bills, party ledgers, and opening stock records remain intact and preserved in your workspace.
• Read-Only Access: You retain the ability to view, inspect, verify, and export your historical financial reports and ledgers.
• Account Deletion: You may request permanent deletion of your workspace and tenant records at any time by contacting our support team.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your company’s financial records, customer details, or inventory data to any third party or advertising broker.

Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, transactional email delivery, and secure automated backup infrastructure) operating under strict data processing and confidentiality agreements.

Jiri One is operated in accordance with the laws of Nepal, including the Electronic Transactions Act and relevant tax record-keeping regulations.
